General shipping information
Shipping is FREE on orders over $100 CAD (no tracking is offered for this shipping method).
Flat rate* shipping for orders under $100:
Canadian orders: $5 CAD
US orders without tracking: $7 CAD
US orders with tracking: $25 CAD
International without tracking: $15 CAD
International with tracking: $45 CAD
*if the actual shipping cost is less than the flat rate, you will receive a refund for the difference.
Shipment is via Canada Post and delivery times average
- 2 - 7 business days in Canada,
- 4 - 8 business days to the US,
- 6 - 10 international.

Canadian Sales Tax
Within Canada, orders are subject to sales tax depending on your province or territory.
US and International orders are exempt from Canadian tax.
Customs & Duties for Orders Outside Canada
Duties and any domestic taxes are determined by the destination country. Any charges incurred as a result of these reviews are the responsibility of the buyer.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (e.g. yarn must still in the skein/ball with the label intact)
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
- Patterns (including those sold as kits)
- Needles & hooks
- Sale items
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Replacing defective or damaged items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If possible please include a photo of the defect/damage.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
