In the Lace Ruffle section (page 5 of PDF file), Rows 22 - 24 should read as follows (corrections in bold):
Row 22: [K2tog with picked up st], K4, P17, K3, K2tog. (26 sts)
Row 23: P2tog, P2, [K2tog, YO] 8 times, K1, P4, [P2tog with picked-up stitch]. (25 sts)
Row 24: [K2tog with picked-up st], K4, P17, K1, K2tog. (24 sts)
